Fix MLS Compiler (MH2 A01 100% Support)
Add GXT Support. (MH1 PC/PS2 and MH2 PC/PS2/PSP/WII)
Replace "mass-extract:*" command with "mass:extraction" for all supported files.
Add Manhunt.pak support.
Some fixes.
