Since we have new meta fieldd laxarSpec.jasmineMajorVersion and laxarSpec.testRunner, these should be used by kama-laxar to setup the spec test.

For compatibility, the LaxarJS 1.0 settings must be used (jasmine 1.x and 'laxar/laxar_testing' as test runner).
