V0.4 Multi Material Cura Settings Scripts
If you have multiple extruders or a multi-material printer, know that support is beta. I have only been able to test this on a single setup (Prusa MMU2), and I have NEVER tried this on a multi-extruder printer since I do not have access to one. There could be major issues with settings extraction and stabilization that could cause print failures or, in the worst case, hardware/printer damage. Please use caution when using Octolapse with a multi-material printer and report any problems immediately by creating an issue.
At the time of this writing, a bug exists in all released versions of Cura for multi-extruder printers that affects Octolapse. If you attempt to extract settings for an extruder that is not configured within Cura, bad output can cause problems for Octolapse and possibly even your print. This bug has been fixed (see the issue link above), but I do not believe the fix is included in any released version (I could be wrong). As soon as I verify that the fix was applied, I'll update this guide by version.
However, you can be 100% sure you will not have issues if you choose the correct script below. I also recommend reviewing a newly sliced gcode file BEFORE printing to make sure the settings were inserted properly.
Octolapse is provided without warranties of any kind. By installing Octolapse you agree to accept all liability for any damage caused directly or indirectly by Octolapse.
Use caution and never leave your printer unattended.
