Summary

This enables users to provide a shareable focus trap stack via the calciteConfig global.

Simplified config name to calciteConfig for conciseness and to possibly allow future packages to use a single config at runtime.

Nitpick: could keep the focusTrapStack name rather than renaming it to trapStack? It will make searching the code for occurences easier. Looks like the only other line you'll need to change is 73
