Fitness is an skill that adds various abilities to deal with physical related abilities.

XP Gain

Experience is gained through falling or taking damage. Feather falling will increase the amount of exp gained.

Default Ability

Roll

This ability decreases damage taken when falling, benefiting those players who like to build tall buildings and fear falling to their death. This ability is usable by everyone regardless of player's level. At level 1000, players will have a 66% chance of Roll activating.

Passive Unlocked Abilities

Thick Skin

Thick Skin will decrease damage taken from melee attacks, allowing certain builds to have a little more bulk against players who focus on damage based abilities.

Bullet Proof

Have a chance to negate damage from arrows. This ability will also negate arrows under the influence of any Archery ability, allowing a bit of defense against players who might be providing support from afar. Ability is recommended for light-weight builds, such as Unarmed or Swords focused players.

Dodge

Have a chance to negate damage from melee attacks. This ability will halve damage randomly, and can stack with Thick Skin in order to counter tank or dps based builds.

Iron Muscles

Weapons have a chance to lose additional durability when striking you. This ability is a good counter to Axe abilities as it will prevent their axe from whittling down armour too quickly as the opponents axe could break a lot quicker.

Runners Diet

When running, your hunger will not be able to go below a certain amount. If your hunger is below a certain amount, then your hunger will regenerate until it reaches the cap.

Active Unlocked Abilities

Divine Escape

If you have a bed location, on death you will instead be teleported to your bed at full health. In return you will receive additional damage for the next 30 minutes and you will have a large debuff to earned mcrpg experience for that time as well.
