This issue attempts to solve issue JabRef#5464 from the original repository.
Currently there's no notification for the user when the preview tab preferences are changed, which can make it unclear that the change only fully takes effect after a restart.

Meanwhile JabRef#5464 has been solved, therefore a restart warning is not necessary anymore.
