This installs the LK bootloader on your Lumia 950, allowing you fastboot access and allowing for android booting.. Check README for details, EXTRACT IT FIRST!.The installer file is install.ps1 RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, you can also open a PowerShell window, cd in the installer root directory then just ./install.ps1 and you should be good with it.
