Use Case

Analyze and visualize the provided online sentiment measures of soft-drink brands across various media channels (e.g. blog comments, Facebook, Twitter, traditional media, video media, etc.) to uncover the relationships of:

  • How other social media platforms sentiment score affect the Twitter score
  • How soft-drink brands related to each other
  • How is the potential seasonal impact on the Twitter score

So that to better help soft-drink companies:

  • Leverage the social media platforms and the ROI on the advertisement
  • Identify the seasonal pattern and optimize the supply chain, distribution channel, and retail store layout
  • Understand brands' competitors and market position
