NDN-friendly file system (based on FUSE)
To test on Mac:
./ndnfs /tmp/ndnfs
umount /tmp/ndnfs
Use '-f' to run in foreground and see printf debug info
If '-f' is used, NDNFS is unmounted automatically when you kill 'ndnfs' process
