Translate Zephyr Kconfig CONFIG_OPENAMP_{MASTER,SLAVE} to open-amp
cmake WITH_VIRTIO_{MASTER,SLAVE} settings. We use cmake set() for
this as it follows how set set other cmake settings for open-amp
