This looks not happening in the near future, so closing to clean up the queue a bit. |

It is happening once we bump Rust version, so within a few weeks. Still, we can just reopen when it's time. |

While working on #19349 I tried bumping wasmtime niceties and dropping p1 adapter. I've figured I might as well open a PR for it.
This is blocked on #19349 actually landing.
