LIB: Divider Block Branding

Description of work

  • Adds color and thickness controls to the divider block
  • Removes padding and margins for dividers in the banner area

Functional testing steps:

  • Add divider block to banner and check margins
  • Adjust divider thickness
  • Adjust divider color
  • Confirm original width and alignment options still work
  • Add divider block to other content areas and test for consistent output
