Thanks for the changes! Affiliation 1 should be shown as a single affiliation (GRAPPA is a composite institute with 3 possible sub-components, so the way that - apparently - they denote things is to give first GRAPPA and then the sub-strands). I also realised in doing this that we needed to fix the ordering of the institutes since we had flipped author ordering at some point, so I've swapped 2 and 3.

Thanks for all of these! Details in the commit message but Affiliation 1 is indeed a single (but admittedly weird) affiliation. Then I realised I needed to flip 2 and 3 as well to have a sensible ordering (at some point we had swapped author ordering but had missed changing this). |

This is a first (and hopefully only) set of editorial tweaks. Most of these are to make the article titles in citations into sentence case, which is JOSS style, but you should review the changes.
Specifically, note that each affiliation should be a single institution. I've split up what was affiliation number 4 but I'm not sure if affiliation 1 is also actually two places.
