This version should be a drop-in replacement for the current Meta Community site (meta.do).

At a bare minimum:

• It should display a list of all the user groups registered under the Meta umbrella.
• It should display a list of all the sponsor that have provided their support, be it financially or otherwise.
• It should clearly state what Meta is, how it works, why contribute to it and how to do so.
