目前在非全屏的状态下，如果看到想看的弹幕会往上划，但是如果弹幕刷的过快，此时会不断的刷新到最新的，就无法看到以前都弹幕，希望能调整一下这块的逻辑

描述
输入具体的功能描述
如果在划弹幕历史，弹幕如果刷新了，不会跳到最新一条，可以加一个小按钮，回到最新的一条，这个逻辑可以参考一下纯粹直播
