Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While being on a local environment, we can't have an access to the button Clear critical images on the admin bar.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have it there, even on local environment

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

While using Wordpress, add these lines to your wp-config.php:

define( ‘WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE’, ‘local’ );

And then check the admin bar, within WP Rocket, we won't have the button Clear Critical Images displayed.
