NBI-ATS

This is a chrome extension addon to connect your chrome browser to openCATS application. openCATS application inforamtion: http://www.opencats.org/

It does:

1. Finds link and email address in the web page
2. Search the link and email in openCATS
3. Show the candidate link to openCATS
