Input Purposes for User Interface Components is an appendix, so should be marked as non-normative #3777 discussed briefly. As before, remains in Kevin's queue for reconciliation.

Restore the need for accuracy/correctness to 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions #3984 discussed last week. Maybe put back to TO DO?
