DID Method meets minimum requirements (just barely) to be registered as a DID Method.

Non-blocking feedback: The specification doesn't seem to contain enough information to implement the DID Method. Please spend some time to point to documentation, software libraries, or code examples on how one could implement the DID Method.

a few elements are missing from the security section (https://w3c.github.io/did-core/#security-requirements) -- namely, requirements 2, 3, and 4. Ideally 9 and 10 should be completed, too.

While that is ideal to have in a finalized DID Method specification, it is not required for registration in the registry.
