(followup to w3c/wai-aria-practices#100 )

ARIA isn't spelled out on first use. Given "ARIA" is more recognized that what it is spelled out, I think that's OK. I do think we should add "accessible rich internet applications (ARIA)" near the front of https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/about/
