# Update-DellBios

## SYNOPSIS
Downloads and creates a configmgr standard package containing the latest Bios update for the specified Dell model.

## SYNTAX

### PointAndGroup

Update-DellBios -Model <String> [-WorkingDir <DirectoryInfo>] -ContentShare <DirectoryInfo> -SiteCode <String>

## DESCRIPTION
The `Update-DellBios` cmdlet get the latest bios available from the Dell catalog. If the latest version is not already in configmr. It downloads the content locally, copies it to the specified content share and finally creates a standard package in configmgr.

`Update-DellBios` doesn't return any usable output. It will only write a log of the actions it is taking to the host.

## EXAMPLES

### Example 1

PS C:\> Update-DellBios -Model 'Optiplex 7090' -ContentShare '\\contoso\configmgr\drivers' -SiteCode 'CAS' -SiteServerFQDN 'abc.contoso.com' -DistributionPoints 'abc.contoso.com', 'abc2.contoso.com'
```

Downloads the latest bios for the Dell Optiplex 7090, creates a standard package on the specified site and distributes the content.

## SYNOPSIS
Downloads the latest driver package for the specified operating system version and creates a standard package in configmgr.
