Proposed changes

Throwing Warning message instead of Error if interface which is used in pppoe/ipoe does not exist.
According to the task, you can create interface, configure a PPPoE server with this interface, commit,
delete the interface, commit, and reboot.
After these manipulations, all PPPoE configuration will be empty.

After changes, the service stays running
