Enable compression for http requests made by VRCX to improve bandwidth usage and speed. Also removed duplicate setWorldImage assigning.

Enable compression for http requests made by VRCX to improve bandwidth usage and speed. (This should reduce bandwidth usage of text responses by ~40-60%)
Also removed duplicate setWorldImage assigning.
