Alerting

this feature is new and basic, but may be just enough what you need.

click on a graph line on a plot, to get the "add new rule" menu (or go through the main menu)

run process_alerting.py in a crontab or something to process the rules and send the alerts.

look in the config for database location, alert command, backoff time interval, etc.
