maybe it should discover that from the github API rather than hardcoded? Or is this here now just for expediency?

Yeah that was my original plan, but there's no easy way to do that with the github API that I can see. Listing collaborators lists everyone with push AND pull access, and I would need push access only. I just asked @pengwynn about that.

grunt next-issueFirst it looks for issues that need to be categorized as either enhancement, bug, or question.
Once everything is categorized it looks for issues that need to be confirmed or answered. (no confirmed label)
