3.9.2 Better Bear Extruder MMU2 Reliability

Now that I have the cutter enabled on the MMU2S, I did experience some lost layers. Witnessed the printer continue on a partial jam, so I have updated the MMU2S load sequence similar to what has been done for the Bondtech variants.

The Bear filament path is aprox 5mm longer than the Prusa extruder, so the filament is loaded 65mm forward now instead of 60, and will pull back 58mm leaving a 7mm margin for error, which is slightly lower than the 8mm margin that is available in stock FW and bondtech variants.

3.9.1 Community Edition

Community builds rebased on the Prusa 3.9.1 tag.

ALTFAN is still set for full 100% power on all community edition files, because that's how god intended your hotend fan to run.

Found out that I only updated one variant file for the ALTFAN in previous releases, sorry about that.

This release legit should restore your alternative fans to full power, please open an issue if you still have wimpy fan syndrome.

Apologies for the mistake, thanks @dkatzdev (Katman) in the discord for letting me know that his fan was still super wimpy, I'm not sure why I didn't notice :D

3.9.1+++ MOAR FAN POWER!! / LA 1.5 Updates

Prusa has nerfed non Noctua fans in their latest releases HEAD (MK3S Builds only), you can see more discussion here prusa3d#2692. This build (and future builds) restores your more powerful hotend cooling fans to it's full 100% glory.

This also has more updates to the LA 1.5 code from @wavexx

3.9.1++ LA 1.5 Fixes / OLED Edition

This community build includes some new updates to LA 1.5 code by @wavexx to help fix some of the reported issues with LA 1.5 in the official Prusa 3.9.0 release.

This also includes OLED support in all builds. With testing it was determined that OLED code seems to work with the original LCD as well, if anyone with LCD has problems with this build please open an issue in this repo.

If you are wondering what that one build with the "xLACompat" tag is, that's the build I use, it disables the LA 1 -> LA 1.5 compatibility layer. This is what you would want if you have already tuned your printer for LA 1.5. If you would like to have other variants like this you can request and I'll try to add to the next build.
