Fixed following issues: 1. Mailchimp column should be added once datatable is loaded. Before this fix, it broke datatable when any group filter was used. 2. Add new column after visibility as it breaks inline edit functionality 3. Add header only once. 4. Removed unwanted timeout code as we are using datatable events
