Description of changes
This pull request updates the latitude and longitude of the Yuma Marine Corp Air Station / Yuma International Airport (KNYL).
Reason and motivation
The current location of KNYL places the airport too far to the east by ~20 miles. The latitude and longitude does not match FAA ISR data or AirNav (https://www.airnav.com/airport/KNYL).
This change provides accuracy for pilots and controllers using VATSIM Radar.
