Nitrate, Silicate, Temperature and Salinity are blended in the suite output page under the heading "N" near the bottom of the list of diagnostics shown. I don't know why that is, but I had the same issue last time I worked with BGCVal2. For instance:

This looks fine now in the TerraFIRMA job. I'll need to update my installation to check that it's alright in my suites, but I'm pretty sure the fix will hold. Cheers.
