This is an open-source data science and visualization application with a GUI created using enaml. It uses pandas, scikit-learn and networkx to implement calculation graphs. Python 2 only (due to enaml).
To launch the application:
- download and unzip
- cd into the
SyNaPSEfolder - type
ipython SyNaPSE.py
To get started:
- go to the menu bar
- select Add Calculation / sklearn / v0_17 / Generators
- pick an option for generating some data
