SubMenus Aren't Showing

Hi. I use MadCap Flare as an authoring tool. I have SmartMenus working with the MenuProxy of Flare, but it's only showing the top-level items. It's not showing the submenu items. I added collapsibleBehavior: 'toggle' but that's not helping the situation.

Any advice?

Hi,

Either the JS code is not loaded correctly or your menu HTML structure is not valid (e.g. some tags are not properly nested, etc.) But it is very hard to guess what is the exact reason without looking at your code. Could you please share some kind of demo URL?

The HTML code looks valid so it's probably something in the JS configuration (either it is not loaded correctly, or there is some issue with the initialization of the script). A link to a demo page would allow me to investigate the issue.

I’m unable to view the exact structure because MadCap loads a JavaScript array of the menu. I do know they wrap it in a <ul>.
