Guidance to write proper records with MVUX.

@eriklimakc for the most part this reads well. However, it's not a how-to as it's not really a step by step set of instructions. I'd suggest renaming this to something like "Working with Records" (or words to this effect) to avoid confusion with the other how-to documentation
