Add card search to deck page

Adds a search input to the Deck page for users to filter cards by text, which is helpful for quickly finding cards to fix (e.g. user has a card with a typo). Input will search front and back content – text blocks only:

This PR includes a test for search functionality, and a few related updates:

• helpers are added to cypress for creating a deck or cards
• CardFactory fixed (needed to be updated to work with content blocks)
• tests added for editing and deleting cards to exercise the new helpers
• radix-vue dependency updated to fix a cypress dropdown click issue ([Dialog] body pointer-events: none remains after closing radix-ui/primitives#1241)
