How to install WebTools Installer QPKG manually:

First, browse to your QNAP administration page, and select the App Center

Select App Center

Then click on the little gear icon on the top right

Click Gear Icon

Then click the browse button, and select the QPKG you downloaded from here, followed by pressing the install button

Browse

And done.

You can now access WebTools as indicated by the red arrows below Done
