Description

  • Updates CMEPS to latest ESCOMP master. Includes removal of ESMF<8 dependencies

CMEPS Issue #50

Testing

Testing has shown that new baselines are required solely because the number of components listed in the coupler restart file is now 8 instead of 9. This is the result of a second ice-sheet component that was added for CESM. All other fields in the coupler restart file are identical; all other files for other components are B4B with current baselines.
