Fixes some spelling errors surfaced by the spellchecker in #120 - thanks @srijonsaha !
Also enables chalk colouring - looks like we just have to forcibly enable it, as
mdspelldepends onchalk, andchalkprobably disables color in CI by default because there was a PR "recently" to enable it in Actions (chalk/supports-color#102)Checklist
