Time slot component not working as intended on mobile devices

Continuation of anandbaburajan/samay#37

The time slot interval can't be adjusted or moved in mobile devices.

What I'm thinking as a way to fix this is to use press and hold (long press) and then drag either for adjusting the interval or for moving the slots. Is there any points that I should look out for?

PS: this package was incredibly helpful for us at RocketMeet :D

I can't recall exactly what made me punt on making the time slot adjustable on mobile, so feel free to take a stab at improving things! I'm happy to merge and publish new versions, but it might also be good to know that I'm not actively using this component in any of my projects/apps right now.
