This is a version of Hekate that supports the 4NXCI patches.
However due to a size limitation I have decided to remove 2.1.0 sigpatches, as that firmware is uncommon.
Pretty sure that the 4NXCI patches only support 5.1.0, so for now support for that is limited to 5.1.0.
To enable, simply add "repack" to the kip1patches.
