Add BinaryGAN Example

Purpose of this Example

Demonstrate that we do not sacrifice any of Pytorch's features.

Stuff to do before merging

• Merge the MultiGPU Trainer for TorchGAN torchgan#88 which adds support for MultiGPU Trainer.
• Merge [WIP] Add Generative Multi Adversarial Networks #2 which adds proper structure to the Project.
• Make the travis tests pass.
