Candidate Evaluation with EolianVR

RucRut is an AI-powered recruitment system that streamlines the hiring process by automatically generating interview questions, evaluating candidate responses, and providing real-time feedback. It leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance recruitment efficiency for job providers and candidates.

This repository contains the code that was developed during my MSc thesis, which is on evaluating acceleration techniques for candidate evaluation in genetic neural architecture search. Different genetic algorithms and evaluation measures were explored and compared in terms of performance and required resources.
