First "proper" release, with all things are working as expected (as far as I can tell).

Before releases are tagged on GitHub, the Docker image (e.g. 19.07) may be overwritten. After release, any updates will be pushed to a new tag (e.g. 19.08). Releases are planned for once per month, and change-log will also be provided on a best-effort basis.
