typo in docs for Command#option

I believe the comment incorrectly states "false"...

Is:

// simple boolean defaulting to false
program.option('-C, --no-cheese', 'remove cheese');

Expected:

// simple boolean defaulting to true
program.option('-C, --no-cheese', 'remove cheese');

Additionally, why it is defaulting to true, "because the letter is captalized", should be mentioned.

BTW - taking the chance to say THANK YOU FOR THIS project, it is a work of art and is so useful on EVERY project. great work!
