Deploy instructions

1. Build the PlaygroundBook target in XCode
2. Compress the .playgroundbook into a zip file
3. Replace the "test-book/BiancoSwift.playgroundbook.zip" with the new file
4. Update the lastUpdatedDate in feed.json (is this necessary?)
5. Push to GitHub

To Download as Subscription

In Swift Playgrounds, tap the Add Subscription button and enter the URL bernina.tk.sg/feed.json
