This pull request adds new modules that use jungrapht-visualization and JGraphT instead of Jung. I think you will like the new layout algorithms: TidierTree, Sugiyama, Circle that minimizes edge crossings, etc.
I believe you have an audience that would appreciate your library using these updates.
