In tidyverse/dplyr#6317, we updated
if_else()to utilize vctrs.This causes a small breakage in rsample, but I think it is our fault in rsample. We use
if_else()when we really should have doneif (is.null(x)) { } else {}, or used%||%.I've removed our usage of
if_else()in favor of a more appropriate way to handle thisNULLindices behavior
