  • Use latest Cross
  • Use latest Node
  • Update GitHub Action
  • Update NDK
  • Update Gradle
  • Update Cargo dependencies
  • Update npm dependencies
  • Remove unused dependencies
  • Remove unnecessary build tools version (AGP handles it now)

Clippy passes fine on my end, new version of nom dependency causes issues.

There may be many breaking changes. Have you tested it?
