Beta release for v0.1

Updates:

• Scripts for extracting motifs, generating embeddings and searching for homologs.
• Completely new file system for saving experiments (models, motifs, embeddings, configs etc)
• Extended configuration of CoMET architecture through flags
• Testing configurations

Bug fixes:

• Batch normalization is now applied correctly, before the ReLu activation.

First alpha release.
