Eye Guardian is a React countdown timer web application designed to help users follow the 20-20-20 rule for eye protection. Every 20 minutes, the app reminds users to look 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain from prolonged screen exposure.

To run the app locally, follow these steps:

cd eye-guardian
pnpm install
pnpm dev The app will be available at http://localhost:5173.
