Summary

Allow rendered shapes and connections to be found by their ID.

Details

Fixes plugins: Make D2 IDs the HTML ID on renders #134
wraps all svg elements for shape or connection in <g> tag with their ID
Note: IDs are xml escaped

example with nested ids (IDs are absolute)
