Motivation
Closes #70
Changes
Added a sample dashboard & updated the docs. Uploading to grafana seems to require a grafana cloud account.
Making this a part of the helm chart is outside the scope of the issue and we shouldn't really go down that way. This is only a simple way to get started with visualizing the sparrow's metrics.
